SDGA Places 2nd at Williamson Cup

REHOBOTH BEACH, DE -- The 60th annual Williamson Cup was contested August 12-13th at Rehoboth Beach Country Club in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

The SDGA was represented by Jackson Saroney, Porter Matt, Mitchell Archer and Dan Young. The team put together an impressive performance, placing second out of the ten regional golf associations competing, finishing two strokes behind the winning team from the Washington Metropolitan Golf Association.

Mitchell Archer and Porter Matt finished at 5-under and 4-under, respectively, to place 5th and tied for 6th in the Individual competition.
