McGough Defends Title at SDGA Audi Memorial




Stewart McGough successfully defended his title, winning the 2021 SDGA Audi Memorial at Drumlins Country Club. The Bellevue member captured the trophy during his first year of eligibility in 2019, and after a year break due to a COVID-19 pandemic cancellation last year, repeated as the champion.


McGough led throughout the 36 holes, and won by eight strokes after posting the low two rounds of the tournament at Drumlins Country Club's East Course (72-74--146).



SDGA President Todd Dischinger was the runner-up at 154.


Age group winners were also recognized: Randy Young (70-74), Terry Marris (75-79), Jay Fitzgerald (80-84), Sandy Burton (85+).
